Pandora's Ambition: Cultivate Diamond Sales of $140 million by 2026

On October 5th, Pandora Jewelry Company released Company Statement No. 815, titled "Ambitious Growth Journey ahead", outlining the company's development plan for 2023-2026.

Overall, the company plans to achieve a compound annual growth rate of 7-9% between 2023 and 2026, including 4-6% LFL (like for like) growth and 3% sales network expansion speed (adding 225-275 concept stores and 175-225 counters).

·According to the plan, Pandora's revenue in 2026 will reach 34 to 36 billion Danish kroner (approximately 4.8 to 5 billion US dollars), much higher than the expected value in 2023 (27 billion Danish kroner, approximately 3.8 billion US dollars).

·In terms of profits, Pandora plans to achieve EBIT of 26-27% by 2026, which is higher than the "around 25%" in 2023. Based on the above expected revenue calculation, Pandora's EBIT in 2026 is approximately DKK 9 billion (approximately USD 1.27 billion).

Cultivating diamonds will become one of Pandora's key development areas. According to the statement, the three new series previously launched have been sold in over 700 stores in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Pandora plans to achieve over 1 billion Danish kroner in cultivating diamond jewelry revenue by 2026, equivalent to approximately 140 million US dollars at expected exchange rates.

Pandora will expand investment, accelerate current and future growth, and make it the preferred brand for laboratory diamond cultivation

On the day of the announcement, Pandora's stock price rose by about 16%.
