LeachGarner Names Jennifer Ashworth Brand Director

LeachGarner has promoted Jennifer Ashworth, a two-decade veteran of the company, to brand director.

She was previously senior brand manager.

In her new role, Ashworth continues to lead brand strategy for LeachGarner and Rio Grande Jewelry, two brands within the Berkshire Hathaway–owned Richline Group. She also oversees driving brand growth, supporting product development and quality standards, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives designed to enhance customer experience and strengthen market competitiveness.

Ashworth has over 30 years of experience in the jewelry industry, including more than 20 years with LeachGarner.

The company also recently appointed Linda Coutu director of sales.
