Make A Return

We're sorry your item didn't work out—let's get it returned quickly and easily. Follow the steps below to initiate a return for eligible items (see our Returns Policy for full details).

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Log Into Your Account
  2. Go to the top menu and sign in using the email and password associated with your order.
  3. Find Your Order
  4. Navigate to "My Account" → "My Orders".Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  5. Start the Return
  6. Click on the order → Select "Return Item(s)".Choose the item(s), quantity, and reason for return from the dropdown menu.
  7. Get Your Return Label
    • If the return qualifies for free shipping (e.g., defective or wrong item), a prepaid return label will be generated automatically.
    • For other returns, you'll need to cover return shipping—download and print the label or use your preferred carrier.Review the return address provided (usually our warehouse).
  8. Pack the Item Securely
    • Place the item in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.
    • Include the packing slip or order number inside the package.
    • Seal the box securely.
  9. Ship the PackageDrop off the package at your chosen carrier location (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).Keep your tracking number and receipt—we recommend insuring the package.
  10. Track Your ReturnOnce we receive and process your return (typically within 5–10 business days), you'll get an email confirmation and your refund will be issued.
