    • Order Number (if you purchased the item from us)
    • Product Name / Link (include the URL or full product title)
    • Reason for Suspicion (e.g., poor quality, mismatched packaging, unauthorized seller, etc.)
    • Description & Evidence Provide detailed information and attach supporting files:
      • Photos of the item (multiple angles, tags, logos, packaging)
      • Comparison photos with authentic versions (if available)
      • Receipts, serial numbers, or other proof
  2. SubmitOnce submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with a reference number.

What Happens Next?

  • Our authenticity team will review your report within 2–5 business days.
  • We may request additional information or photos.
  • If confirmed as counterfeit:
    • We'll remove the listing (if applicable)
    • Offer you a full refund or replacement (if purchased from us)
    • Take action against the source
  • All reports are handled confidentially.
