Jewelers Mutual Launches Shipping Solution App for Shopify

Jewelers Mutual Group has launched the JM Shipping Solution app.
Neenah, Wis.—Jewelers Mutual Group has launched a new integration for stores that use the Shopify point-of-sale system that it says will make shipping easier and more secure.
The JM Shipping Solution app is designed to streamline fulfillment and offer built-in shipment protection.
The app allows for access to real-time shipping rates from carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS, as well as purchasing and printing labels directly from the Shopify dashboard without re-entering shipping details.
It also allows for insurance coverage to be added to any shipment.
Other key features of the app include the ability to automatically sync Shopify orders with JM Shipping Solution accounts and a modern interface designed for efficiency.
“From real-time rates at checkout to shipment insurance and label printing directly from the dashboard, our goal is to save time and add peace of mind for jewelry retailers and their customers alike,” Jewelers Mutual President Mike Alexander said.
The app is for jewelry businesses of all sizes, the insurance company said.
It is available now in the Shopify app store and is free for Zing Marketplace account holders who have a Shopify plan that includes third-party calculated shipping rates.
Launched in 2020, Zing Marketplace is Jewelers Mutual’s one-stop-shop for digital services.
