Little Rock—Sissy’s Log Cabin is set to open a new flagship store in Little Rock, Arkansas, next fall.

The new store will be its largest and most refined location to date, the retailer said.

It will be located off North University Avenue, less than a half a mile from its other store in Little Rock’s Heights neighborhood.

Spanning approximately 11,300 square feet, the space will blend upscale sophistication with heritage craftsmanship, the company said, incorporating design elements that pay tribute to its log cabin roots.

Behind the design is architect Jesse Balaity, who also worked with the jeweler on its Memphis and Fort Smith locations.

William Jones, president of Sissy’s Log Cabin, said the store will combine the introduction of new brands with the signature service the retailer is known for.

“Since 2010, Little Rock has been an important part of our company's story, and this flagship project represents our investment in the city’s future. With this new store, we’re raising the bar for fine jewelry shopping with new brands, new experiences, and a storefront that’s both modern and unmistakably Sissy’s,” said Jone

A groundbreaking ceremony took place on July 23.

Founder Sissy Jones, who opened her first store in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, in 1970, was in attendance, along with Sissy’s customers and staff, Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr., Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Leslie Rutledge, and representatives from the Little Rock Regional Chamber, RPM Group, and Cline Construction.

“Our story began in Arkansas nearly 55 years ago, and every step forward is rooted in the values my mother built this company on: family, trust, and service,” said Bill Jones, CEO of Sissy’s Log Cabin.

“This groundbreaking is more than a construction milestone. It’s an exciting new chapter that represents our promise to provide exceptional service, selection, experience, and quality, because at Sissy’s, we believe our clients deserve the extraordinary.”

The Sissy’s team said they are working closely with the city to enhance accessibility and improve traffic flow in the area to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Customers can continue to shop at the Heights location throughout the transition.

Once the flagship opens, the Heights store will transition into an operational center for Sissy’s Log Cabin, and all retail activity will be conducted at the new store, the company said.

The family-owned and -operated jewelry store currently has seven locations across Arkansas and Tennessee.
