1. Basic situation of cultivating the diamond industry chain:

Currently, 60% of the global cultivation of diamond rough diamonds is concentrated in Henan, China, with the main production methods being HTHP high-temperature high-pressure method and a small amount of CVD chemical deposition method; The advantages of HTHP are short cultivation time, mature technology, high yield, mainly in nude color, high purity, and low production of colored diamonds; The problem is that only diamonds below 2 carats can be produced, and the cost of producing large carats is higher, as is the cost of producing colored diamonds. China currently has only 10% profit advantage in upstream industries, and in terms of CVD, India already accounts for 30%.

The middle reaches of the industry, also known as the cutting and polishing industry chain, are currently concentrated in India. Due to the traditional advantages of cutting and polishing natural diamonds in India, the cost is extremely low. India directly trades rough diamonds to the North American market after cutting and polishing, and the United States is the main market for cultivating diamond consumption, accounting for 80% of the world. Therefore, Chinese rough producers are actually constrained by India's cutting and polishing and the dominant consumer market of the United States. The biggest problem with cultivating the diamond industry in China is that the producers are all small and medium-sized enterprises, competing with each other and not conducting overseas market research and development. There is no industry management. The good news is that the Henan Diamond Industry Alliance has been established and has begun to exert efforts in the CVD and cutting and polishing processes.

2. Ebooom, as an e-commerce website focused on cultivating diamond bare diamonds in overseas markets, was launched on September 29, 2023. It is positioned as a customized platform for high-end jewelry grade diamond cultivation, with its main target customers being jewelry designer brands and small jewelry brands in the United States and North America, as well as the diamond customization needs of high net worth customers. Currently, over 500 high-end cultivated diamond exhibits have been launched for one month, with 151 independent IPs, mainly from China and the United States. Our next strategic focus is to continue optimizing the website to attract a larger number of website visitors, with a goal of reaching 1000 independent visitors per month by the end of December. And establish direct contact with target customer groups in the United States and other markets to market our products. And gradually establish partner exhibition halls in Vancouver, Seattle, and San Francisco, responsible for product display, marketing, customized after-sales service, etc

3. The establishment of domestic upstream resources is also very important. We have joined the Henan Diamond Industry Alliance and will be the only e-commerce marketing platform partner. At the same time, we have established a supplier network outside of Henan, and currently CVD manufacturers in Ningbo and Shanghai are cooperating. The key point is that there are relatively few suppliers in China who can provide high-end jewelry grade diamond product series for cultivation
