Caitríona Balfe Fronts Only Natural Diamonds Cover

Model-turned-actress and star of the series “Outlander” Caitríona Balfe is on the digital cover of Only Natural Diamonds’ spring issue.

New York—Only Natural Diamonds has released its spring 2026 digital issue, with model-turned-actress Caitríona Balfe on the cover.

The issue, which also includes a feature story on Balfe, was released ahead of the series finale of “Outlander,” which stars Balfe as Claire Fraser. The finale premieres on Friday, March 6, on Starz.

Throughout the cover story, Caitríona Balfe is seen wearing natural diamond jewels, such as the Neha Dani brooch she wears here as a hair piece.

Jermaine Daley styled Balfe in natural diamond jewelry from various brands, including Anita Ko, For Future Reference Vintage, Marli, and Van Cleef & Arpels.

The jewels were paired with fashion from Louis Vuitton, Calvin Klein, and more.

Ruthie Friedlander authored Balfe’s cover story, focusing on themes of time, transformation, and permanence on both her onscreen and personal life.

Balfe reflected on the end of “Outlander,” as she has played the character of Fraser since 2014, and is embracing what comes next.

She also shares her relationship with jewelry.

“I’ve always been a huge collector and fan of vintage and antique pieces, whether it’s furniture, jewelry, or clothes,” she said.

“These are legacy brands that have real craftspeople at their center, and it’s such a beautiful thing to be able to be adorned.”

To Balfe, jewelry is a form of self-expression, said Only Natural Diamonds.
