Frederick Goldman Announces Three Promotions

Jewelry manufacturer Frederick Goldman International (FGI) has promoted three executives, in an effort to better align its operations and customer service divisions.

Bryan Cowan (left) is now the Secaucus, N.J.–based company’s senior vice president for operations, product development, and sourcing. In this new role, Cowan will boost coordination across those departments.

Cowan has worked at FGI since 2023. His previous title was senior vice president, customer service and business development for independent and retail jewelers.

Thomas Schwartz, who joined FGI in 2023 as marketing VP, has been named senior vice president of growth and customer experience. He will oversee FGI’s customer experience teams in the U.S. and Mexico, as well as its independent sales channel, and will continue to lead the company’s marketing.

FGI also has appointed Liliana Estrella director of marketing. She had been its trade marketing manager since 2022.

Last September, Frederick Goldman promoted chief operating officer John Orrico to company president.
