Brinker’s Jewelers Acquires Fellow Independen

Brinker’s Jewelers in Evansville, Indiana, has acquired Scottsdale Fine Jewelers in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Evansville, Ind.—Brinker’s Jewelers in Evansville, Indiana, has acquired fellow independent Scottsdale Fine Jewelers in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Scottsdale Fine Jewelers owners Jill and Scott Lefcourt are heading into retirement and were ready to pass on ownership of their business.

“I’ve had the great fortune to find Brinker's Jewelers, who graciously decided to acquire our company and continue our tradition of great product and great service,” said Scott.

Though based in Indiana, Brinker’s Jewelers expanded into the Scottsdale community four years ago, curating a jewelry boutique at the Silverleaf Club.

The acquisition gives Brinker’s Jewelers an opportunity to reach a wider audience in Scottsdale, it said. The deal was announced in January with no price disclosed.

Kyle Brinker, chief financial officer and chief marketing officer at Brinker’s Jewelers, said the two jewelers’ core values align seamlessly.

“The principles that have been instilled in Scottsdale Fine Jewelers are the same core principles and values that we uphold at Brinker’s—treating everything like it was your own and servicing the products that you sell,” said Brinker.

Brinker’s Jewelers is looking forward to forming customer relationships in its new home, he said.

Scott added, “We started a new business with old-style values—and it worked. Finding Brinker’s Jewelers was a perfect fit for the Lefcourt family, and I knew that my customers would be taken care of after I no longer owned the store. I can retire and be happy.”
