Trésor’s New Symphony Collection Is a Gemmy Masterpiece

The new Symphony range from Trésor Collection, a jewelry manufacturer based in Jaipur, India, and exhibitor at the Design Collective at JCK Las Vegas, weaves together a diverse range of materials—including titanium wire, a first for Trésor—into a colorful and harmonious line of statement pieces sure to appeal to self-purchasers and gift-givers alike.
“The idea behind Symphony was to create a line that’s beautiful, creative, and effortlessly chic,” Puja Bordia, the Miami-based designer of Trésor Collection, tells JCK. “We’ve wrapped titanium wire with diamond-cut or satin or high-polish gold covering, making each piece very flexible.”
The 18k gold collection, which ranges from $2,500 to $20,000, incorporates a bounty of colored stones cut at the Trésor factory in Jaipur, where Bordia’s family has served the colored stone trade for 18 generations.
Last year, JCK visited the factory on a press visit with Ben Bridge Jeweler to see the cutting process in action. “Our family have been jewelers for generations,” Bordia told our group. “My dad travels and buys raw materials, and everything is cut in-house. Every piece is made with heart. My dad hand-selects every stone. He’s passionate about jewelry; it’s all he thinks about.” (With pieces this lovely, we can’t blame him!)
