Alex Moss’ New Flagship Brings Bold Jewels to SoHo
Featured
Alex Moss, a jeweler to the stars, has opened his first flagship store in New York City.
The store, located at 15 Mercer Street in the SoHo neighborhood, opened Sept. 14 in the midst of New York Fashion Week.
“Opening this flagship is not just about creating a space—it’s about creating a lifestyle,” said Moss. “It’s about pushing the boundaries of imagination, of design, of culture. This is only the beginning.”
Moss was No. 1 on Complex’s list of “Top 25 Celebrity Jewelers,” and has created pieces for celebrities like Drake, A$AP Rocky, Tyler the Creator, Ayesha Curry, and Justin and Hailey Bieber.
Moss created Drake’s “Previous Engagements” necklace, which represented all the diamond rings Drake had considered giving to a special someone and then decided against it.
The 18-karat white gold Y-necklace was set with 42 large diamonds, totaling 351.38 carats.
His work has also been featured in editorials, including on Travis Kelce during a recent GQ shoot and on Bad Bunny for a Variety cover shoot.
Moss was on the advisory committee for the “Ice Cold: An Exhibition of Hip-Hop Jewelry” exhibition at the American Museum of Natural History.
Several of his pieces were part of the exhibition, including a bellhop-inspired chain he made for Tyler the Creator and a Lego character pendant he made for A$AP Rocky.

The store opening drew a crowd of press, influencers, fashion leaders, and friends of the brand.
Guests in attendance included stylist and “modern dandy” Bloody Osiris, former Phoenix Suns player Bol Bol, skateboarder Tyshawn Jones, rappers Sheck Wes and Don Toliver, and Christian Combs, a rapper who is also Diddy’s son.
The store’s design features a black and deep green color palette with geometric showcases and patterned gray rugs.
Several collections were on display at the opening, including “Essence,” which centers on essentials like diamond Cuban link chains, and “Cathedral of Dreams,” which includes large cross necklaces.
Moss’ new collection, “Neo,” explores the idea of a dystopian future and asks the question of what jewelry will look like thousands of years from now.
The new jewels were a hit, said the company, with most pieces selling out before the store’s official opening.

Moss also debuted a new collection of small leather goods, a first for the brand.
To celebrate the store opening, Moss partnered with tequila brand Don Julio 1942, offering specialty cocktails to guests.
The space was designed to be more than a retail store, said the company, showcasing Moss’ artistry and serving as a cultural hub.
The brand has a few more launches up its sleeve this year, it said, and is planning future collaborations that bridge fashion, music, and art.
