Dallas—Sylvie Jewelry has debuted the next generation of its “Iconic Shell” design in its new “Shell Auranova” bridal collection.

Named for the Latin words “aura,” meaning gold, and “nova,” meaning new, the collection reimagines the brand’s shell motif across 16 ring offerings.

The motif, originally inspired by the shell depicted in Sandro Botticelli’s “Birth of Venus” painting, can be seen in the negative space of the profile of each ring.

“Shell Auranova marks a new chapter in our design journey, and if it were summed up in one word, it would be bold—like the love of those who will make these designs their own,” said Sylvie Levine, designer and co-founder of Sylvie Jewelry.

“It’s a celebration of individuality, a bold statement of style, and a continuation in the family of our evolving designs. Each piece in this collection is made to feel like a natural extension of the wearer—organic, authentic, and distinct.”

The sculptural engagement rings look to the movement of water and other natural elements for their fluid designs.

Each piece has “a single, continuous foundation blossoming at the crown to cradle the center stone in two elegant half bezels, creating a continuous, elevated frame that maximizes brilliance while maintaining a soft, modern edge,” said the brand.

The collection is comprised of stones set in half bezels; a top trend predicted for the bridal market this year.

Solitaire rings, diamond pavé bands, and east-west settings can also be seen throughout the offerings.

“At Sylvie, we design everything with intention—each element of our pieces flows into the next without interruption, creating harmony in form and feeling,” said Gary Levine, director of business development for Sylvie Jewelry.

“Shell Auranova captures this philosophy while introducing a refine, cutting edge—both literally and creatively—that signals our innovation in fine jewelry design.”

The Shell Auranova collection launched on Wednesday with engagement rings available in 14- and 18-karat yellow, white, and rose gold, along with platinum.

The collection retails from $1,300 to just under $6,000 for the settings only.

The engagement rings are available at authorized Sylvie Jewelry retailers and can be viewed on the brand’s website.
